BLINDER M47 LASER JAMMER INSTALL DETAILS

1. Check Blinder M47 mounting location for support
   • Two self tapping screws mount the Blinder M47 sensor
   • Blinder M47 sensors are 4" Wide by 2" Deep by .5" Height
   • 180 degree front install - 4 Blinder M47 sensors are installed in the front 
   • 360 degree front and rear install (optional) - 2 Blinder M47 sensors are installed in the front and 2 Blinder M47 sensors are installed in the rear 

2. Mount 4 Blinder M47 sensors in front (180 degree) or mount 2 front and 2 rear (360 degree)
   • (180 degree) Blinder M47 sensors should be installed around 24 inches apart with a pair installed higher and a pair installed lower to cover the entire front area
   • (360 degree) Blinder M47 rear set should be installed as high as possible balancing between the rear license plate and rear taillights
   • Blinder M47 sensors need an unobstructed view of the road and can not be blocked or installed behind anything
   • Level Blinder M47 sensors parallel to the road and pointing straight ahead
    
3. Route Blinder M47 cables from sensors to the firewall or car door jam
   • Use cable ties to run the Blinder M47 cables along the fender away from the engine

4. Run Blinder M47 cables inside vehicle
   • Look for a grommet to use to route the cables inside the vehicle
   • Unused firewall grommets or door jam grommets can be used

5. Mount Blinder M47 interface under dash in a reachable place so software upgrades can be performed

6. Run positive  to Blinder M47 interface
   • If using the free fuse tap supplied with stoplaser.com orders then find the main fuse box in the vehicle and route the positive
   • If using the supplied Blinder M47 switch, route the positive to the switch then the positive from the switch to the interface

7. Run negative to Blinder M47 interface
   • A chassey ground can be used and any bare metal surface can be used for the negative

8. Route cable for Blinder M47 audio/visual alerts to interface
  • Visual LED alert
   • Audio speaker

9. Plug-in Blinder M47 cables to interface

10. During first startup leave the system on for at least 1 minute for initialization and for software update and then drive free... 
   • 0 is off 
  • l is parking mode 
  • ll is laser jammer mode
